Very good… lots of sodium . I found this recipe on the back of a tomato soup cooking box. Like I said, it was very good and easy. Being 10 minutes to prepare and 45 – 50 in the oven. You can find the recipe under the recipe tab.
1 box tomato cooking mix2 cups uncooked penne noodles2 cups chopped fresh spinachoregeopeppercorn2 cups chopped red pepper2 – 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts2 cups shredded cheese
Directions1.) Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Cover with red pepper, place chicken breasts over top, sprinkle with more pepper. Put the shredded cheese on top and bake @ 400 for 50 minutes.
